Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain reproduced aluminum products of high purity with good efficiency at a low cost by melting recovered aluminum products and recovering unmolten accessory parts right thereafter.
CONSTITUTION: The recovered aluminum products are charged into a melting furnace 1 and are melted at a high temp. Settled impurities 6 are ladled by a heat resistant meshed spoon 5 within 15 minutes after the complete melting of the aluminum materials. The high-purity reproduced aluminum materials contg. the decreased impurities are efficiently obtd. at the low cost at the time of melt refining the recovered aluminum products. The working environment is improved and the assurance of operators is facilitated.
