PURPOSE: To obtain a melting process device of a high snow melting capacity by utilizing for snow melting, freeze proofing, and the like of a roof, a road, and the like in a cold district, and making a drainage smoothly without accumulating a cold water on the surface of a heat exchanger plate, so as to carry out the melting process of the snow or the snow ice accumulated on the heat exchanger plate surface efficiently.

CONSTITUTION: A heat transmitter 1 composed of an evaporation member 1a in which an operating fluid is sealed, and condensation members 1b communicating to the inside of the evaporation member 1a and extending to a melted process member is provided. Inside the evaporation member 1a of the heat transmitter 1, a hot water pipe 2 penetrating in the longitudinal direction and passing a hot water therein is provided. A heat exchanger plate 4 to contact thermally to the condensation members 1b of the heat transmitter 1, and to accumulate the snow or the snow ice is provided, and both sides of the heat exchanger plate 4 are inclined to position lower than the other part.
