To provide a member mounting structure to simplify a mounting work without requiring a holder.

A member mounting structure is formed such that first and second members 9 and 10 are mounted on each other. A hollow boss 11 is arranged in an upstanding state on the first member 9. A clip 17 is provided to have a hollow shaft part 19 in which the boss 11 is received. The clip 17 has a mounting means (a flange 18 and a lock claw 27) by which the clip is mounted on the second member 10. Further, the clip 17 has a protrusion 23, at which the tip of the boss 11 inserted in the hollow part of the shaft part 19 is inserted in the hollow part for locking and which is formed on the bottom of the hollow part of the shaft part. By pushing up the shaft part 19 such that the boss 11 of the first member 9 is received, the clip 17 is attached to the first member, and the clip 17 is mounted by inserting the shaft part 19 into the mounting hole of the second member 10. This constitution simplifies mounting of the first and second members on each other without arranging a holder at the first member.
