Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase a memory capacity of a memory card.
CONSTITUTION: A memory card in which, after a plurality of IC chips are mounted on a printed circuit board by a TAB type, the whole is packaged, characterized in that a double-sided printed circuit board is employed, the IC chips have different outer leads in length and the chips are mounted on both sides of the board in the same place.
