A server program 51 associates access environment information showing access environments for allowing AP31A access data of LV#03 and LV#04 with LV#03 and LV#04 on a table 61. The server program 51 makes data in LV#03 and LV#04 copied to another LV11, and consequently access environment information associated with the data are associated with the data of a copy destination. The server program 51 makes a host 5B build an access environment for allowing AP31B to access data of the copy destination by sending an instruction group based on access environment information related with data of copy destination to a host agent program 39B.
