PURPOSE: To improve the using property by storing the key code when a door is unlocked by a key-less entry action, and storing the positions of operation instruments with the above stored key code when the door is locked by an action other than the key-less entry action.
CONSTITUTION: Position sensors (not shown in the figure) detecting the positions of operation instruments are provided in a vehicle in which the positions of outside mirrors 14, a room mirror 20, an operation seat 21, and a steering 22 which are the operation instruments are controlled by driving means including motors respectively. When it is detected that the vehicle is locked by a key 11 for the key-less entry, the positions of the operation instruments are stored in the first memory means specified by the key-less entry code stored in the second memory means at the time of unlocking. When it is detected that the vehicle is unlocked by the key 11, the positions of the operation instruments are reproduced to riding positions. When riding is detected, the positions of the operation instruments are reproduced to operating positions.
