CONSTITUTION: When a calling is made by a subscriber with a telephone set, the starting input to the switching part 11 is inputted into the main control part 10 through a net control Unit (NCU) 2. The main control part 10 selects the general voice file 16a through the speech synthesis part 15, and sends out a voice message. Th PB signals from the subscriber accesses the dictionary part 13 based on the voice input, and sends out voice data to the HOST through the communication control part 20. The HOST processes the voice data and returns them to the main control part 10. The main control part 10 actuates the speech synthesis part 15 based on the processed data from the HOST, and sends out the voice message. The main control part 10 causes the input voice to be identified by the voice input from the controller, and causes the memory means 16 to register and send out the message.
