Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal glass composite in which crack, peel, or the like do not take place even when it is subjected to a cooling and heating cycle, and which is highly reliable, and to provide a method for producing the metal glass composite.SOLUTION: In a metal glass composite 1 including a nonmagnetic metal material 3, a glass material 2, and a resin layer 4 to bond the nonmagnetic metal material 3 and the glass material 2 together, the resin layer 4 contains magnetic metal powder of which the thermal expansion coefficient is similar to that of the nonmagnetic metal material, and the concentration of the magnetic metal powder is gradually reduced from the nonmagnetic metal material 3 side to the glass material 2 side.
