To provide a method of making the time required for a molding cycle the shortest by optimizing temperature rise and cooling processes of a nozzle part 13 in a hot runner, in a metal injection molding method carried out by using a mold device for metal injection molding of a hot runner system.
In the metal injection molding method for carrying out the metal injection molding using the mold device for the metal molding of the hot runner system, the control of the nozzle temperature is conducted by using set temperatures of three stages. The set temperatures of the three stages comprises a stationary (stop) set temperature, an injection start set temperature, and an after injection finish set temperature in order of proceeding of the injection molding cycle. It is preferable to set the stationary (stop) set temperature higher than the after injection finish set temperature, and the injection start set temperature higher than the stationary (stop) set temperature.
