Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a metal sample constituent analyzing method generating little waste liquid.
CONSTITUTION: A metal sample S is reacted 17 with a reactant liquid 52, the generated hydride gas is analyzed, and the constituents contained in the metal sample S are analyzed in this metal sample analyzing method via the dripping of a infinitesimal reactant liquid. The metal sample S is kept at the constant temperature of 50-100°C, a fixed quantity 0.1-1ml of the reactant liquid 52 is dripped on the surface of the metal sample S in a sealed cell 11, the generated hydride gas is conveyed to an analyzer 65 by the carrier gas 41, and its constituents are analyzed.
