Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily bend a metallic member while being adjusted to the curvature of a roof.
CONSTITUTION: In a metallic batten seam 1 formed into a groove shape which has a longitudinal face section 12 at the right and left sides of a lateral face section 11, the metallic batten seam can be easily bent into a circular shape warped upward or downward by forming a plurality of notches 14 at specified intervals in the longer direction over the longitudinal face sections in such a way as to be symmetrical to the right and left. And the aforesaid batten seam is bent while being adjusted to the curvature of a roof which is warped upward or downward, so as to be secured in place over a roof decking G at specified intervals, so that a riser section 23 of the metallic roof member 2 is secured onto these batten seams.
