Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for an adsorber for adsorbing and removing a specified material and a tank for storing the soln. freed of the material, to decrease the area for setting the specified material adsorbing and removing equipment and to reduce the equipment cost.
CONSTITUTION: A specified material in a soln. in a storage tank is removed. In this case, an adsorbent is directly charged into the tank to adsorb the specified material in the soln., the soln. is removed from the adsorbent, and the specified material is removed. A powdery adsorbent is used as the adsorbent, and a flocculant is charged at the same time that the adsorbent is charged or thereafter.
