PURPOSE: To contrive speed-up of driving control by rotating a laser beam projecting unit to plural axial directions with double fulcrums as reference and controlling condensing point of the laser beam to be selectively shiftable to plural axial directions.

CONSTITUTION: Rear end part of the laser beam projecting unit 1 is supported with rotary shaft (gimbal mechanism) 4 having double fulcrums 5, 6 rotatable in X-Y axial directions. The laser projecting unit 1 are rotated in the X axial and Y axial directions with the driving mechanisms 7, 8 with the fulcrums 5, 6 as the reference. The condensing point of laser beam is controlled to be selectively shiftable in the X-Y axial directions with the driving mechanisms 7, 8. The driving mechanism and the laser beam projecting unit are connected with universal joint mechanism. By this method, the working efficiency can be improved.
