PURPOSE: To perform operations with good efficiency on a flow production basis by a method in which blinds to be printed are hung down from a hanger rail in a freely movable manner.

CONSTITUTION: A blind 14 to be printed is hung down through an oscillating runner from a hanger rail 3 in a freely movable manner. Many blinds 14 are set in parallel and hung down movably at the branching portion 4. The blind 14 is printed by a print board 21 held at a given angle, returned to the original hung state, and dried at the blanching portion 4. The blind 14 so dried is replaced by new blind.
