Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for locating generated positions of signals in a radial bearing which helps improve an S/N ratio by accurately determining abnormal condition as information on position in abnormality diagnosis of the radial bearing.
SOLUTION: A signal detection sensor 7, an inner ring position detecting sensor 8 for detecting the position of an inner ring 3 and a ball position detecting sensor 11 for detecting the position of a ball 5 are used to locate the contact position between the ball and the inner ring or the outer ring during the generation of a signal as signal generated position by signals of the signal detection sensor 7, the inner ring position detecting sensor 8 and the ball position detecting sensor 11.
