Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to evaluate useful information for realizing an interface between a magnetic disc and a magnetic head preceisly and simply by rotating a driving motor at a rotary speed in the range of 1-30 r.p.m. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic-disc driving device 1 to which a magnetic disc as a sample is attached is driven with a constant-voltage power source 2 through a resistor element 4. The voltage across the element 4 is connected to a differential amplifier 3. The output value of the amplifier 3 is recorded in a digital storage 5 as the digital value. The storage 5 is connected to a microcomputer 6 with a GPIB. The number of rotations of 1-30 r.p.m. is set. The surface of the flexible magnetic disc is evaluated based on a rotary current flowing through a driving motor. The voltage generated across the element is stored into the storage 5 and further transferred into the computer 6. The voltage is converted into a rotary current value. The converted value is stored in the computer 6 as a rotary current value.
