Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which productivity is improved in a technique of producing a laminate continuously by bonding two or more sheets of resin film to each other on a support roll whose surface hardness is high using an active energy ray-curable adhesive.SOLUTION: A method of producing a laminate includes the steps of: obtaining overlapped film by overlapping two or more sheets of resin film each other via an active energy ray-curable adhesive; and feeding the overlapped film onto a support roll and bonding the resin film sheets to each other by curing the active energy ray-curable adhesive on the support roll with radiation of an active energy ray. A surface of the support roll has Vickers hardness of 700 or more and 1300 or less and a coefficient of static friction of 0.15 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
