Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a molding good in the appearance of a shape change part and hard to generate strain in the shape change part and reduced in the generation amt. of flash.
SOLUTION: In a method for producing a molding wherein a shape change part Mc changed in shape on its design surface side is provided to the required part of an extrusion molded part 60, the rear surface 67 of the required part 65 of the extrusion molded product 60 is removed in the shape and depth corresponding to the shape of the shape change part. Next, the rear surface removed part 68 of the extrusion molded product 60 is softened under heating and pressed by a press mold having the mold surface corresponding to the shape change part to be formed into a mold surface shape.
