Abstract:
To provide a production method of a printed edible body capable of correctly and easily determining authenticity of an edible body.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a printed edible body by printing to an edible body on whose outer surface, a recess hallmark part S is formed, the method comprises: a detecting step for detecting a contour of the hallmark part S; and a printing step for forming linear printing patterns P1-P3 at inside of the hallmark part S along the contour of the hallmark part S detected. If the hallmark part S is formed of plural recesses R1-R3, the printing step can form a printing pattern P2 on only a partial recess R2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
