(1) In the method and apparatus for producing the separator for the fuel cell, the powder material 1 is charged into the mold cavity 4 through a slit 6 formed at the lower end of a powder box 2 while the powder material 1 is fluidized in the powder box 2, (2) In the method for producing the separator for the fuel cell, the press direction in press molding is horizontal, and in a process for charging the powder material 1, the powder material 1 is charged vertically downward into a mold 3. (3) In the method and apparatus for producing the separator for the fuel cell, a vibration means 11 for vibrating the mold 3 when the material 1 is charged is provided.
