To provide a molding method of a resin molding preventing the expansion of a blow molded article from being obstructed, and a molding apparatus of the resin molded article.
After a foamable resin 31 is injected in a hollow blow molded object 23 formed by the blow molding of a parison, the core part 13 of a mold 10 is moved so as to expand the volume of the cavity of the mold and the foaming of the foamable resin is accelerated to expand the blow molded object to mold the resin molded product. When the blow molded object is expanded by moving the core part, air is ejected to the stretched part of the blow molded object from the molding surface part 14b of the mold corresponding to the stretched part 23a of the blow molded object to form a gap part 16a between the molding surface part of the mold corresponding to the stretched part of the blow molded object and the stretched part of the blow molded object. By this method, the transfer of heat to the mold from the blow molded object is suppressed.
