Abstract:
To clarify a regulating parameter for eliminating a fault by inspecting charging state of printing paste in an opening of a screen plate and printing state on a matter to be printed separated from the plate.
A squeegee 10a is slid on a screen plate 3, cream solder 9 is charged in an opening, then the charging state is imaged by a camera 8 of an inspecting unit 13. And, when a fault position is detected, the parameter of the charging operation is regulated. And, after a base plate 2 is separated from the plate 3, the printing state is imaged by the camera 8 of the unit 13. And when a fault position is detected, parameter of the separating operation is regulated.
