Skewing slots are formed in the internal peripheral parts, where slots for coils of core boards punched into a doughnut shape are not formed, and the required number of these core boards are laminated adjusting their slot positions, and a laminated iron core is formed. The slots for coils of the whole laminated core are skewed by inserting skewing rods into the skewing, slots of this laminated core, and rotating only each one-side end of these skewing rods while keeping the other-side each end fixed.
