Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assembling optical parts which are less increased in light loss.
SOLUTION: This method consists in assembling the optical parts by butting the joint surfaces 10b, 20b of a first metallic casing 10 holding a first optical element and a second metallic casing 20 holding a second optical element against each other and irradiating these joint surfaces with a laser beam flux 31, thereby welding and fixing both casings. One of the metallic casings 10, 20 is overhung from the other metallic casing is irradiated with the laser beam flux 31 from an incident direction θ inclined to the overhanging metallic casing side, by which the outer periphery of the butted joint surfaces is spot welded 30, by which the increase in the light loss at the time of assembly is suppressed to an extremely low level.
