Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a curable self-adhesive compsn. which is sticky enough to temporarily bond an optical disc substrate, gives a firm adhesion when cured, and is suitable for bonding the substrate.
CONSTITUTION: An unsatd. polyester oligomer prepd. by reacting a hydroxyl compd., a cyclic acid anhydride, and an ethylenically unsatd. epoxide is compounded with a sticky acryllic polymer, a polymn. initiator, and a polyisocyanate to give a curable self-adhesive compsn., which is used for bonding an optical disc substrate 2. Thus, a durable optical disc firmly bonded can be produced by a simple process.
