Abstract:
To solve the problem that it is troublesome to identify a user although a password and a password code can be changed and reissued and the problem that when a password can be changed with a password for service, a user is apt to consider that the user oneself forgets the password and crime is not found soon if the password is stolen and changed by a criminal.
An auxiliary password storage device for storing an auxiliary password needed to change or reissue a password, and a password changing and reissuing method, in which the auxiliary password is issued at a request and authenticated to change or reissue the password, are provided.
