Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a method by which a boundary mark on the upper surface of the upper end section of a boundary post can be accurately fixed to a measuring point at the time of installing the boundary post in the ground.
CONSTITUTION: After a recessed section 2 is formed into the ground 1 and the position of a measuring point (p) is decided on the bottom 2' of the section 2, a stem 3 is vertically erected by driving the lower end of the stem 3 into the ground from the point (p) and the section 2 is filled up with mortar or ready-mixed concrete 4. The stem 3 and the side face of a mark 5 put on the upper end of the stem 3 are buried in the mortar or ready-mixed concrete and the upper surface of the upper end section of the mark 5 is made to crop out from the ground 1.
