PURPOSE: To reduce construction cost by constructing a building by piling up core portions with a construction apparatus comprising a lift-up mechanism for lifting a skeleton frame with a horizontally transporting means and a roof and a vertically transporting means.
CONSTITUTION: A construction apparatus comprises a skeleton frame 12 with a horizontally transporting means 13 and a roof 14, a lift-up mechanism 16 for lifting the frame 12, and a vertically transporting means 15. Temporary posts 18 are locked to columns 10a of a core portion 10 consisting of permanent columns 10a and permanent beams 10b via hinge-type guides 20, 21 of two vertical stages, thereby the construction apparatus being assembled on the second layer. Next, the core portion is constructed by lifting a building unit U with the vertically transporting means, thereby the construction of third layer being completed. Then, the construction apparatus is lifted up with the lift-up mechanism 16, and construction is performed sequentially by the same procedure as that for the third layer. This constitution can shorten the construction period.
