Title:
METHOD, CONSTRUCTION AND DEVICE FOR EXTRACTING GAS IN ABSORPTION-TYPE REFRIGERATING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3297245
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce non-condensible gas-sucking positions from which non-condensible gas is sucked and discharged to the outside of a gas absorber, and effectively discharge the non-condensible gas from the entire gas absorber, by a method wherein the pressure in a region of a second tube group is made lower than that in a region of a first tube group so that the non-condensible gas accumulates to the low pressure region through communicating pipes.
CONSTITUTION: Tubes are divided into two groups, a first tube group 104a and a second tube group 104b, and absorbent solution is supplied to the second tube group 104b in an amount larger than that supplied to the first tube group 104a so that the steam absorbing capacity of the second tube group 104b is higher than that of the first group 104a and the pressure in the reign of the second tube group 104b is made lower than that in the region of the first tube group 104a. Therefore, the non- condensible gas 106 accumulates to the low pressure region through communicating pipes 105 arranged between the first and second tube groups 104a and 104b, resulting in a reduction of non-condensible gas suction position from which the non-condensible gas 106 is sucked and discharged outside an absorber 101. Gas extraction from the entire absorber 101 is thereby effectively performed.
