PURPOSE: To improve the print-processing speed of a stamp part and to easily change the contents of a character part in the stamp part.

CONSTITUTION: A control part 1 previously registers the graphic part 5a of the stamp part in a receipt 5 as image data and the character part 5b of the stamp part as character code data. At the time of printing the receipt 5, a printer 4 prints detailed data 5c in the receipt 5. The receipt is issued by reading out image data of the graphic part 5a and character code data of the character part 5b registered by a storage means 3, printing the graphic part 5a and the character part 5b to be the stamp of a receipt to be issued next and cutting the gap between the last line of detailed data in a former receipt and the stamp by a cutter 4a.
