PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide self-powering of a vehicle such as a train or freight train.SOLUTION: Rotation of wheels of a running vehicle is transmitted to a generator motor so as to rotate the generator motor and generate electricity from the generator motor. The generated electricity is transmitted to a storage battery of the vehicle so as to charge the storage battery and drive the vehicle with that electricity. Alternatively, the generated electricity is transmitted to an electric motor for driving the vehicle so as to rotate the electric motor to realize self-powering of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: None
