Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for continuously cutting a cleaning member without any help of a person and for recovering soft parts without adhered adhesive.
A carrying sheet and the cleaning member are made to closely adhere to each other by a method for making a vacuum state by venting air without providing an adhering layer between the carrying sheet and the cleaning member, or by a method for working electrostatic force between the carrying sheet and the cleaning member.
