Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method for a bar-shaped food material, capable of using dusting flour and of smoothly finishing the surface of the above food.
SOLUTION: This method is intended for a food material fed to a space formed by centrally gathering the respective tips of polyhedrons 10 so as to be surrounded by these polyhedrons 10, and comprises intruding an intermediate portion of each of the polyhedrons 10 in the thickness direction into the food material side ahead of both upper and lower surfaces of each of the polyhedrons 10.
