A calibration signal (S_CAL) is transmitted toward an antenna device to determine a control power (PR), a function signal (S_FONC) corresponding to the control power (PR) is transmitted toward the antenna device so that the antenna device may emit a predetermined magnetic field, and the object to be identified receives the predetermined magnetic field, measures a magnetic field (Br) corresponding to the emitted magnetic field and compares the magnetic field with a nominal magnetic field (B0). It is determined whether the object to be identified is positioned inside the area (ZO) around the antenna device in the form of being variable according to the results of the comparison.
