Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION PRODUCT BY FLUORESCENCE POLARIZATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002272475
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a method for detecting a nucleic acid amplification product by the fluorescence polarization.
This method includes the steps of adding a fluorescence-labelled primer that hybridizes to a single-stranded loop part to a nucleic acid amplification product obtained by the loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) reaction and measuring a fluorescence-polarization degree of the reaction mixture.
