CONSTITUTION: When a body 1 moves in the direction XY, and the nozzle body 7 of the first transfer head 1A opposes to an electronic part (a) on an article supplying part 25, position-regulating fingers 14 open turning and moving outside, and the nozzle body 7 descends passing through the open fingers 14. When the suction nozzle 7a touches the electronic part (a), the electronic part (a) is sucked. And, when the body 1 moves in the direction XY, and the nozzle body 7 of the second transfer head 2A opposes to the specified position of a printed circuit board 26, the position-regulating fingers 14 open turning and moving outside, and the nozzle body 7 descents passing through the fingers 14. While the nozzle body 7 is descending, a motor 6a operates during the transfer action by the nozzle body 7 of the first transfer head 1A. This turning force is transmitted to the pulleys 5 of the first and second transfer heads 1A, 2A through the medium of a timing belt 6, and the position-regulating fingers 14 rotate around the nozzle body 7 serving as an axis center, and regulate the position.
