CONSTITUTION: A schedule table format production 110 calculates division of a coordinate per the unit number of days based on a time scale starting date provided by a schedule table editing parameter input 103 from an input device 101 and a time scale length, and a schedule table format is displayed on a picture display device 119. A date → X-coordinate conversion 111 of a schedule table editing part 109 calculates the display coordinate position of a schedule chart in a format matching a schedule table format displayed on the picture display device 119 based on division of a present set coordinate per the unit number of days of a time scale from digital data information. Schedule chart production 112 of a schedule table editing part 109 draws a chart between the coordinate position of the starting date and the coordinate position of a terminal date of a schedule determined by the picture display device 119.
