PURPOSE: To provide a device for boring holes in a panel, by which a panel with a variety of designs can be easily manufactured and to provide an economical panel feeder whose control characteristics can be set freely.

CONSTITUTION: A boring information origination means 1 has an image formation means 5 which originates image data showing a certain design and an alignment allotting means 6 which produces an alignment pattern corresponding to whether or not a plurality of holes are to be provided, and which originates boring information in which the alignment pattern is allotted to plural areas of the design separated from one another according to brightness or color information which the image data involves. A boring means 2 provides a plurality of holes through a panel P according to the boring information for each surface or line. A panel feed control device outputs a code that varies according to a preset function as time changes, then outputs a control signal of the frequency corresponding to the code, and rotates a motor so that the panel P is conveyed at a speed corresponding to the frequency of the control signal.
