Electrodes 2 and 5 constituting an electrostatic capacity element by which electrostatic capacity changes with the movement of fingers 6-10 are installed on the sides and the insides of the respective fingers of the hand. Static capacity changed by the movement of the respective fingers is made to correspond to the characters and the characters are inputted to the data processor. The respective fingers are placed on the home positions of a virtual keyboard and the key of the character to be inputted is virtually depressed. Thus, the movement of the finger can be made to correspond to the relation of the change of electrostatic capacity. Then, the characters can be inputted to the data processor only by the movement of the fingers.
