Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture a coated plate having good appearance and characteristics by pulling up a plate to be coated immersed in a coating liquid vertically from the coating liquid, adjusting the quantity of coating and hardened while keeping the plate horizontally.

CONSTITUTION: A plate 11 to be coated such as a ceramic hybrid IC substrate etc. is attached to a carrying chain 1, carried and immersed in a coating liquid in an immersing tank 3. It is held vertically and pulled up slowly. It is then placed horizontally and the coating liquid is hardened in a hardening furnace 5. Thus, a coated plate having good appearance and characteristics is obtained.
