Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for controlling a banking rolling, by which the ground rigidity of all surfaces can be measured automatically in parallel with rolling works.
SOLUTION: In a self-propelled roller car 1, in which a roller 4 is held to a car body frame 2 through a vibration-proof means 3 and which has an exciting means 5 for vibrating the roller 4, the roller car 1 has an acceleration sensor 6 measuring the vibration acceleration of the roller and an automatic tracking type total station 13 measuring the place and the quantity of subsidence of the roller car 1. The roller car 1 has an information processing section 8 detecting whether or not a ground having fixed strength is obtained from the convergence of the information of the compaction state of the ground and ground strength and a ground subsidence with the rolling of the roller 4 by acquiring these information from the acceleration sensor 6 and the total station 13.
