Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cutting method for a shear cutting system and its device which enable positive shear cutting and to facilitate the setting to an optimum cutting state and to enhance reproducibility.
CONSTITUTION: A shear cutter 6 is slightly inclined. Substantial point contact is applied to the shear cutter 6 at the point E at the uppermost stream side in the film running direction at the overlapping region 7 to a receiving cutter 5. A film 1 is cut by shearing at the point contact position.
