Abstract:
To provide an image pickup method which can secure a sufficient quantity of reflected light from an object of image pickup to excellently reproduce its image even a small-sized pulse light source is used.
A laser device 1 which illuminates the object 2 of image pickup with pulse light and a camera 3 which can obtain a video signal by reading electric charges accumulated in proportion to the quantity of incident light and has a shutter 3a are used to emit pulse light by interrupting the illumination light from the laser device 1 a plurality of times in a one-frame period and open and close the shutter 3a in synchronism with cycles of the pulse light, thereby realizing multiple exposure.
