Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily perform inspection working of the inside of a pipe line which is inexpensive and wherein inspection precision is high.

CONSTITUTION: Two pieces of slit light 33, 34 transmitted from a laser projector 3 are irradiated on a weld metal 19 and a poor penetration part 20 formed on a pipe line inwall face 18a. The slit light 34 is made incident on the weld metal 19, the other slit light 33 is cast on the poor penetration part 20, so that, since the height of a reflection face is changed, the slit light 34 becomes a piece of slit reflection light 36, the slit light 33 is shifted and divided into two pieces of other slit reflection light 35a, 35b. Thereby, since a defect of the pipe line inwall face 18a can be inspected with human vision, inspection working which is inexpensive and wherein inspection precision is high can be performed easily.
