Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve inspection accuracy by automatically judging whether a tire breaker is proper or not.
CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with an X-ray application device 20 for applying X rays in the radius direction of a tire, a fluorescent plate for creating the visible image of moire fringes according to each code of carcass and breaker by receiving X rays through the tire, an image pick-up camera 24 for picking up the image of moire fringes formed on the fluorescent plate, and a main operation device 28 for recognizing the edge part of the breaker from the image data indicating the picked-up moire fringes and at the same time judging whether the recognition result satisfies preset conditions or not.
