Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the dripping of liquid from a nozzle when an electrolyte is discharged to a capacitor element by a dispenser.
CONSTITUTION: The electrolytic capacitor manufacturing device is composed of a turn table 1, having a case holder 2 which supports the metal case 3 of an electrolytic capacitor, and a dispenser 4 which is provided in such a manner that it can be moved closer to and away from the metal case on the electrolyte injection stage of the turn table 1. The metal case 3 is carried to the electrolyte injection stage in the state wherein a capacitor element, formed by winding a sheet of valve-action metal foil such as aluminum and the like pinching a separator, is housed in the metal case 3, an electrolyte is injected into the metal case 3 by a dispenser 4, and the electrolyte is impregnated into the capacitor element. In this case, the electrolyte is injected while the nozzle 4b of the dispenser 4 is being brought into contact with the capacitor element.
