Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the use of an inexpensive electrode, provide certain and precise measurability, and enhance the working efficiency.
SOLUTION: A steel pipe pile 1 is driven into a hole 2a excavated in the ground 2, and an injection pipe 3 is inserted into a gap G between the pile 1 and the wall surface of the hole 2a, and then cement milk M is poured in. A sensor 4 is composed of a plurality of electrodes 4a of zinc, etc., a non- conducive rod 4b to support these electrodes 4a in an appropriate arrangement, and a cable 4c which is connected with the electrodes 4a and put in communication with a data logger 5. Further a monitor 6 is furnished. When the undermost electrode 4a is first immersed in the cement milk M with progress of the cement milk pouring-in, the intermediate electrode 4a is positioned in a mixture layer of cement milk M and muddy water, and then the uppermost electrode 4a will be immersed in the muddy water. In this situation, the potential difference V1 between electrodes 4a and 4a and the potential difference V2 between the electrodes 4a and 4a are measured by the data logger 5.
