Abstract:
To make achievable a job optimally by preparing the same job environment between an enterprise and an agent for dealing with the work of the enterprise and to make achievable the job optimally in the same job environment.
This device is provided with a main computer 104 having a data base 102 storing information for achieving the optimal job, an agent side terminal computer 106 for accessing the computer 104 and an enterprise side terminal computer 108. The main computer 104 (web servers, for example) and individual terminal computers (web servers, for example), are connected by a communication line 110. Therefore, a state of setting the agent and the enterprise in the same environment can be provided.
