Abstract:

To provide a technology capable to execute predetermined processing while continuing database processing as much as possible.

This data processing method comprises a step for switching a database being the target of operation from a main database to a duplicated database, a step for executing predetermined processing to the main database which is not the target of operation any more according to the switching, a step for executing database processing by assigning a database access request to the duplicated database which becomes the target of operation according to the switching, a step for outputting update information showing the contents of update processing executed to the duplicated database, a step for reflecting the outputted update information on the main database to which the predetermined processing has been executed and a step for switching the data base being the target of operation from the duplicated database to the main database.
