Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain source coding and a receiving data buffering scheme with receivable startup delay by generating of the reproduction of a program source on the basis of the decoding of a data packet buffered by a 1st receiving buffer.
SOLUTION: Decode algorithm executed by a decoder 21 includes a normal decoding method for decoding a data stream generated by normal encode algorithm executed by a coder 11 and a normal decoding method for decoding a data stream generated by a normal encode algorithm executed by a decoder 22. A selection processor 24 operates to so as to generate reproduction B (n) obtained with an original source program as a result. Then, the decoder 21 uses both outputs of receiving buffers 17 and 18 and generates the reproduction of the original source program after delay n1 has passed.
